Vendor Consignment “the App” provides automatic vendor commissions tracking and payout management “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

API Scopes

  • read_products
  • We use this for running initial data sync to the app.
  • read_orders, read_all_orders
  • We use these to gather all past order data so we can accurately provide automatic commission costs.
  • read_inventory
  • We use these to be able to pull the “cost_per_item” field on a product variant. This value can be used for flat rate commissions per product

  • Orders
  • orders/create, orders/update, orders/delete, orders/paid,orders/cancelled, orders/fulfilled, orders/partially_fulfilled
  • We use these to always keep your commission calculations accurate. When an order is create, updated, or deleted Shopify will notify the app with the new data for us to update within the app.
  • Products
  • products/create, products/update, products/delete
  • We utilize these to always keep your commission calculations accurate. >When a product is created, updated, or deleted Shopify will notify the app with the new data for us to update within the app.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
